Our handmade solid wood kitchen units are lovingly handcrafted by our skilled team in our centrally based workshops in Nottinghamshire, and are delivered pre-built to our customers both locally and nationwide, as well as to countries throughout Europe. All of our standard kitchen units are manufactured to order from scratch, featuring shaker style doors, untouched internals, with frames and sides to the floor at standard sizes. All of our products, including furniture, kitchen units and kitchen dressers are made in-house using quality materials and are built to last.
Usually handmade, solid wood products carry a premium price tag due to the materials used, and longevity of the units, making the overall cost an eye watering experience. However we can offer the same premium units at a fraction of the cost. Our standard solid wood kitchen unit carcasses and shelves are made from 18mm thick pine, assembled using a pocket screw technique for a premium finish, offering the strongest method of manufacturing. Solid Wood Construction
The backs of our units are made from 9mm tongue and groove, with the frames made from thick tulipwood. The doors are made from 70mm wide tulipwood using mortice and tenon joints, with the internal panel made from MDF to avoid panel shrinkage. The drawer boxes are made from 18mm pine with the bottoms being 9mm tongue and groove. All drawers are crafted using dovetail joints and are fitted on under-mounted adjustable soft closing runners. The drawer fronts are made from 21mm tulipwood.

We prime the externals of the cabinets and both sides of the doors only, leaving a natural beautiful timber internal finish. Our units are all delivered fully assembled, so anyone competent with home DIY can install the units saving kitchen fitter costs. We cut out the middle men out by selling direct from our workshop. You will normally pay additional costs for spray paint finishing, handles, knobs and worktops and other accessories as well as software designing, showroom expenses and sales teams.

Once you are happy with the quotation we then ask for a 50% deposit with the remaining balance payable upon delivery. We then deliver your units within 4 weeks , fully assembled and primed ready for you or your fitter to install.
