Step One
Consultation
During this phase, we will take the time to fully understand your kitchen requirements, lifestyle needs and design preferences.
We carefully consider layout options, flow and functionality, advising on the most effective use of space. From storage solutions and appliance placement to cabinetry proportions and worktop choices, we guide you through each stage of the design process.
We will also discuss materials, finishes and detailing helping you achieve the right balance between practicality and aesthetics. Our aim is to create a kitchen that not only looks exceptional, but is thoughtfully designed to your budget.
Step Two
Estimation
Following your initial consultation, you will receive a preliminary kitchen estimate based on your brief and vision. Should you wish to proceed, we move to a detailed design and site survey stage.
A professional design and survey fee is required for us to attend your property, undertake a comprehensive assessment, take precise measurements, and develop an accurate, tailored plan that reflects both your lifestyle and the character of your home. This fee is fully redeemable against your final balance should you proceed with your kitchen order.
You will then receive a refined, fully itemised and professionally prepared estimate outlining all associated costs. Our quotations are transparent, thoughtfully structured and meticulously detailed, providing complete clarity and confidence as your project moves forward.
Step Three
Design Finalised
At this stage, we create your comprehensive design pack. This includes a formal quotation along with detailed drawings and design plans, clearly illustrating the proposed layout and specifications of your project.
These designs allow you to visualise the finished space, ensuring every element has been carefully considered — from proportions and features to materials and finishes. The design pack provides complete clarity on both the scope of work and associated costs, giving you confidence before moving forward.
Step Four
Manufacturing Begins
Once you are ready to proceed, we request a 50% deposit to secure your project within our production schedule. Upon receipt of the deposit, work will commence in our workshop.
Throughout the manufacturing process, we provide detailed updates to keep you informed of progress. We believe clear communication is key, ensuring you remain confident and involved as your furniture is carefully crafted and finished to the highest standard.
Step Five
Delivery & Installation
Prior to installation, we request the remaining balance of the project. Once this has been received, we will arrange a convenient delivery and installation date.
Our experienced team will carefully deliver and install your furniture with the utmost care and attention to detail, ensuring everything is fitted perfectly and finished to the highest standard. We take pride in leaving your space clean, complete and ready to enjoy.
